sdsadSania Mirza’s first doubles title of the year has helped her move up nine spots to 59th in the WTA rankings issued on Monday.

In singles, however, Sania remained at 100th position with 652 points. Meanwhile, in the ATP rankings, Leander Paes and Mahesh Bhupathi were unmoved at the sixth and 10th spots, respectively.

.

Lest you be confused, Brand Saina is ready to sever links with Bhupathi-owned Globosport and sign a contract with Leander Sport Pvt Ltd, a Paes-owned sports management company.

In singles, however, Sania remained at 100th position with 652 points. Meanwhile, in the ATP rankings, Leander Paes and Mahesh Bhupathi were unmoved at the sixth and 10th spots, respectively.

2005012800371801Sania Mirza rose to No.68, an improvement of 19 places, in the doubles ranking on the back of her strong showing in the Sony Ericsson Open in Miami where she reached the last-four stage with partner Chia-jung Chuang of Taiwan. However, Sania remained at No.100 on the singles list in the WTA released Monday.
