Eye glory at Asian Games
The city of Hyderabad has now given the nation two female sports personalities who have achieved a lot and scaled great heights in their respective fields, Saina Nehwal and Sania Mirza. The names, Saina and Sania sound similar and so do their achievements. Though both have crossed many a milestone, Saina’s path to glory must have been tougher as she managed to beat more top-rated and higher ranked players, and this must surely give her an edge performance wise.

Sania Mirza was at her aggressive best as she crushed Tamarine Tanasugarn of Thailand 6-2, 6-3 to make the women’s singles semifinals at the Asian Games on Saturday. A bronze is assured but going by the way Sania took out the Thai veteran, a gold or a silver seems likely.
