Arrangements have been finalised to accord a warm reception to Pakistan cricket star Shoaib Malik and Indian tennis star Sania Mirza at the Hockey Stadium on Sunday (tomorrow).

The stadium has been decorated with colourful lights to host the function in a befitting manner. It has been learnt that 10 rooms have been booked for some special guests of the newly-wed ouple in a hotel in Cantt. Some 1,000 invitation cards with secret serial numbers have been distributed among the guests and entry to the reception would be permitted only after strict checking of invitation cards.

Meanwhile, DPO Waqar Ahmed Chohan said that tight security measures would be taken during the reception. He added that VIP protocol would be given to the couple and 300 cops would be deployed for their security.
